Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Communications Strategist/ Creative Technologist who will provide solid experience in addition to experience in strategy stats in building innovative and efficient communication strategies to join we of digital strategy experts. You’ll take responsibility for optimising brand communication platforms, building customer insights and finding means of building areas for the customers and campaigns designed across Africa, along with ensuring that these platforms perform brilliantly and that company and campaign targets are reached.

Here’s what the role entails:

Developing Excellent Digital Strategies: We’ll count on one to develop our clients extraordinary, topical, imaginative and functional electronic strategies.

Working Collaboratively with the Creative Facility and Executive groups to realise your strategies: We have confidence in working in multidisciplinary teams to exceed our clients’ targets and enable them to satisfy their business objectives. You’ll need to work collaboratively with all the Creative Business group comprising Creative Directors, Frontend Developers and Manufacturers as well as the Engineering staff to ensure innovative, strategic and technological objectives align.

Control a team: We’re along the way of developing our Creative Technology team so when a senior member of the team, you’ll be likely to help coach and to cultivate the team.

Specific Responsibilities:

Work as part of the Creative Engineering staff to create insight progressive motivated and efficient electronic methods, operating to consumer experience through all steps from opportunity identification.
Provide program tips and an optimisation strategy for strategies which include multiple programs and systems including web, wap, sms, USSD and social support systems and which consider the problems and differences which exist for different places in Africa.
Take full responsibility for all tactical needs regarding the growth of cultural tools, working together with the Creative Technology team to ensure alignment with overall campaign strategies.
Take advantage of appropriate social media and plan measurement instruments to regularly assess plan effectiveness with a view to delivering appropriate notice of any issues and unique insights to Clients and Account Management teams into strategies.
Take full responsibility for social status management and tracking for the customers.
Take full responsibility for the monitoring and management of strategies and live platforms from a strategic perspective
Advise on appropriate marketing activities designed to attract appropriate fans to social platforms, and handle the roll out of those strategies where necessary.
Give detailed and up to the resource and competitive facts, across Africa, as well as date opinions of the social networking environment.
Offer customer users and observations and become responsible for applying any qualitative study within the business.

What’ll set you aside from other people:

Understanding or experience in social system projects made for mobile
Knowledge as an active and passionate Blogger, Tweeter and/or Facebook-er
Creativity, genius and ability to produce innovative content
Knowledge in the implementation of indepth cultural software analysis tools
Knowledge in taking care of Pan-African campaigns
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills in in a multicultural setting, with multi-national strategies and distributed teams.

Requirements:

A relevant post graduate diploma in marketing, newmedia, IT or other relevant field
Strong quantitative analytical expertise
A devoted customer of electronic and social-media, often in the find out about programs, systems and the most recent styles
Targeted not merely on the manufacturer, but about the end user’s experience
Enthusiastic about creating enduring customer interactions and long term solutions
A practical and creative problem solver who recognizes the significance of measurability
Excellent people management skills with knowledge in building a team
A confident communicator with terrace writing and presentation skills
Could work unsupervised within an unstructured environment that is open
Excellent attention to fanatical and detail about deadlines
Excellent verbal and written English skills
